I think there is an ongoing debate about what's Sync 2 in this thread. My feeling. No it isn't even sync 2. I had the same system as you and it just says sync on my window sticker.

I don't agree. I have a 2013 and I have no navigation, and no touch. And I have Sync 2.

Go here to learn more:

https://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-...c-version.html

My window sticker says: Sync with My Ford

When I check my version online, my truck has Sync v4.6. It was updated in October.

My 2010 Fusion, which has a very small digital display (and some F-150s newer than 2010 have that), started with "Gen 1- V3.01" and now has Sync v4.6 also. Yet the screens aren't remotely the same.

I believe a 2015 would have the latest version of Sync (there was no version called "2") prior to Sync 3 (Blackberry) coming out.

Sync 3 isn't Microsoft. Yes Sync My Ford and Sync My Ford Touch are Sync 2 (which was still Microsoft).

I didn't realize that the 15 F150 was available with Sync (2) without Touch. So I learned something new!

Right, it's Blackberry. Corrected.

I have been trying to confirm mine as well. I have the same display as the OP on a 2016 XLT. My sync version is showing up as 5.10:

Huh. Wondering why mine only prompted upgrade to 5.9 instead of 5.10.
