I dont want to lift but wanted to know if this tire/ wheel combo would fit on my stock 2017 Ford F150 XLT with no rubbing issues? I don't want to lift truck but want max tire look.

I don't have this tire myself but a quick search shows me it is 34.4"X12.4". In terms of the height of the tire people have been running 285/65R20 (34.5"X11.5) with only a 2 inch level. Width is where you will have trouble and how much will be highly dependent on what kind of offset you are running and if you plan on using spacers. An aggressive offset or spacers is going to make cutting and/or hammering space bars almost a certainty unless you have quite a bit of lift.

You might find someone with that exact tire set up or if you want to play it safe keep an eye out for someone who is running 35X12.5 and see what they had to do. Just pay attention to what truck they have and the offset because I believe some regular cabs and other years did not have crash bars. Also, be mindful of the weight of your rim and tire in relation to gear ratio and engine choice as it can drag down performance.
