I have some Bias belted Raised white lettered tires on my '72 Cutlas that are at least 24 years old. Still hold air all winter. Wouldn't race them any more at the dragstrip cause they are 24 years old LOL ...but 5-7-10 years old to replace are only "internet" magic numbers.

I did. Nobody was named in it. You not liking it and getting defensive over it is your problem.

Yes, they're aged out, though still not showing any dry rot. They'll get replaced this year.

I don’t get them balanced unless there’s an issue…even then, it’s free and as for time, I drop it off at discount, walk next door to the grocery store, come back and go home.

i save lots of time going through the auto car wash which is another hot topic 😂

Had Toyo at3s few years ago and cupped before 5k miles. Said off-road tires should be done more often. They were not upselling me as I previously bought discounts insurance for around 125
rotate and balance every 5k and replace a tire if the free repairs don’t work.

If they wear evenly how would they got out of balance? If so if they wear evenly at 2,500 miles shouldn't you be re balancing them then?

Well if they do it for free i can see that but i would not be spending money on the truck to do it!!

Such a controversial subject so I went and talked to my tires to get facts and here’s what they had said:
Hey man, I lay the tracks to every where you wanna go and now you come to me with this! The tires ego got deflated and then went flat. Rip tires, now I’ll never know if balancing is just an urban legend 😢
