Tilting headrest

Default Tilting headrest

I have a 2015 xlt sport I just got a month ago,can you remove these headrests and or change the angle somehow? I have a sore neck driving this damn thing lol.

There should be a button at the bottom of the post going into the seat to remove it. It also can be adjusted by pulling it forward until it snaps back. That's the way it is on my 2017

Even with it pulled forward and snapped back to the farthest setting, I wish it would go back just one more click. I have to keep my seat back reclined a little further than I like so I'm not driving with my chin buried in my chest.

I disassembled mine and sectioned 1” out of the steel frame on each side, basically removed the portion that pushes them forward then welded it back together. The rest of the assembly screws back in place and they still function like normal. The front of the headrest is even with the front of the seat back now.

This is the exact same for me, as well. If I put the seatback at the angle I want, the headrest is too far forward. I thought it was just me!
