Let us know what you think once you plug it in. Before I went with a Livernois tune, I ran the JMS PedalMax which I belive is a similar product to address the horribly annoying lag inherent in the drive-by-wire throttle systems.
It did make a difference in throttle response. I prefer a lot of tip-in and the stock configuration doesn't cut it. My tune has now addressed this but for those that don't want to go that route this is a good option I belive (providing it doesn't trigger any limp mode or CEL's.) Good luck, keep us posted!

I think the throttle response isn't too bad on my 2015 3.5 eco, especially if you switch to Sport mode. I do , however have a Vitesse throttle controller on the Vette because throttle tip-in is absolutely HORRIBLE on the Vette. The Vitesse is adjustable, with ECO and SP (sport) settings, 0-9 on both. I run SP6 daily and it makes a huge difference. The ECO modes feel like you are dragging an anchor so they would be good for valet parking. I am sure the Pedal Commander is the same type of device that simply intercepts the throttle signal, modifies it, and sends a boosted signal to the ECM. They work!

These you can run with a tune as its not changing any parameters related to boost, timing, shift points, etc. It's only manipulating the signals on the drive by wire system so the throttle responds with less delay/lag. With a tune, however, you wouldn't need to purchase this in addition as that can also be addressed by the tune itself.
Edit: Here's a good vid showing how these products work. This is for the Sprint Booster but I belive it's the same type of solution.

I suspect that this is primarily what sport mode does already, with a few added tweaks to the trans shifting schedule.
"Removes delay" has my attention. My concern is that the delay when I suddenly want to accelerate isn't caused by the pedal signal.
