Sorry LoneWolfTrucker, I'm not a fan of asking strangers on the internet to be politically correct and I don't believe in safe spaces for adults, so I will keep saying retarded.
I wasn't calling any one individual retarded. Saying the statement is retarded. And I agree with your second statement here 100%.

The rest of your post...well, we'll have to disagree and move on.

Some big, some small, but flawed nonetheless.

Have you been paying attention to this forum at all? The Auto Cruise Control issue that has nearly injured people, the seat cooling issue, the 2.7L Eco hard shift are a few things that come to mind that were designed improperly and have since been corrected in later builds of model year 2015.

Sure some of them are manufacturing flaws, but even some manufacturing flaws happen because some aspects of the manufacturing process aren't designed correctly. For example the door alignments issue, the moonroof rattle, the moonroof leak, the front windshield leak are a few that come to mind that could be manufacturing process flaws that they have since corrected in future builds. They could just be a plant or a shift of people messing up, or they could be flaws in the whole process, but we wouldn't know that.

Ever think some of the "big" issues were fixed BEFORE you got your 2015?? I have a 2016 built in May of 2016 and I'd bet any money that I'm better off than MANY people that bought the first run of 2015's. I just started looking in 2016 tho, so I wasn't one of the folks waiting. Although I did have an opportunity to get a leftover 2015 in February. I put the brakes on it for a few reasons: Some of the issues found on this board, Sync 3 and the dealer wasn't pricing it where I thought it should be

Why don't you take a step back and think about the bigger picture before you start calling people retarded. In this modern age of everything being run by a computer, some people are justified in their hesitance to buy something when it first comes out. There will be bugs and there have been bugs, no need for opinions and speculation here, there HAVE been bugs corrected.

Sorry LoneWolfTrucker, I'm not a fan of asking strangers on the internet to be politically correct and I don't believe in safe spaces for adults, so I will keep saying retarded.
I'm on the side of this thinking. Although, if I was in the market, I wouldn't let a first year run keep me from buying a truck i liked. I did buy a '14 chevy, no problems. But, I can tell little "quirks" have been refined between my '14 and my girlfriends '16 silverado.

Sure not anyone in particular, but calling a statement retarded implies the person that thinks that statement is also retarded. I don't really see a difference.

Yes, disagreeing is fine, but I am curious why you are ignoring facts. I listed 3 design flaws just off the top of my head in the 2015 model year that have been fixed or addressed in later runs. And that's just THREE. There are many folks on this board that had ALL these issues and more and they took their truck in and it was kept for weeks. Wouldn't they have been better off waiting for a 2016 or later 2015? I don't see how you can refute that thinking knowing what we all know.

For one I can personally contest that f150 does have design flaws as with any vehicle but you do see it in the 1st generation more then any but that has to be expected . I have the infamous 2004 5.4 3v. If you know anything about the triton motor that has to be the worst one . First generation for 3v and it was nothing but problems just replaced the motor it lasted 175k but had nothing but problems. The whole reason for me asking in the first place I just want to make sure the 3.5 and 2.7 ecoboost aren't having common serious problems like the 3v has . The whole reason to take the plunge is to have piece of mind that it will be trouble free for yrs and not have to be replacing something 20-30k miles down the road. But all the research I've done so far is people are very happy with the ecoboost. I will tell you this loaner I have been driving for the past 3 weeks has made me fall in love with Ford again. Can't hurt it is a 2015 lariat with the 3.5
