Ok...first off let me say...the '15 I have is an absolutely outstanding piece of engeneering. The 2.7 twin turbo has plenty of power for what I need it to do. Now...that's out of the way on to my post. Things I have done.
Of course all the Forscan mods everybody talks about. Added mirror led lights. Not sure why because I have only used them to see the menu at the JITB drive thru when their lights are out.
Swapped out the license plate lights with one from a 250. Now I can see when I'm backing up. Some say I can't see regardless of the lighting.
Swapped the chrome Lariat grille for a Raptor style. Father in law sure likes it.
Installed the Kustom FX switch panel to power the LED light in put in the lower grille. Doesn't block the cooling factor for the turbos as I can tell.
Thanks to RyanB for an adapter harness so I can use tail lights from an '18. I just like the looks of those better.
After all those...the best one so far is removing the lower air dam from the front. Mileage has improved 100 fold or more. I have attached a picture to prove my findings. Should have started there first. If anybody is on the fence about removing their lower air dam...I say do it...Thanks for reading.
