Have had my 2015 F150 with MFT about a month. Could receive and it would read text until 5his week. I dont even get a notification that I received one. I have not changed any settings on phone or truck. I have an android phone. I have.checked every setting on truck and phone I could find. Any ideas ?

 

Not sure about Android phones or a 2015 MY but on my 2014 and my iPhone, I had to go into where the Bluetooth settings are on my phone, look for Sync, click on settings and switch on the notifications tab.

Mine has been acting funny too. Still works, but tells me it's from the wrong sender, or gets the sender correct, but reads a random message from someone else. Like told me "message from Sean, 'Hey baby.'" My wife's name isn't Sean. Nothing wrong if your wife's name is Sean, but I like v... I'll just stop there.

 

Just in the last couple of weeks, mine has been telling me that emails I receive are text messages. I made the mistake of pressing "Hear It" once. Sure does take her a long time to read an email in HTML code.
