Default Test Drive Today :-)))

I had the opportunity to test drive a 3.5 Eco King Ranch today. I have yet to drive the 5.0 yet, only the 2.7 and 3.5 so far. Anyways, on with this. The 3.5 was great! No disappointments yet, but still looking forward to driving the 5.0.

My biggest "problem" with the drive was the fact that I fell in love with the King Ranch interior. Wow! I was able to compare it to a Lariat with black interior, which was great, but dangggg at the King Ranch leather.

Now that the KR interior has sparked my interest. I wanted to point out the fact the leather seems a lot more durable and less prone to "scuffing" or "scratching" compared to the previous KR leather.

Can anyone confirm this one way or the other?

i can tell you this seat o the pants
i have a 2013 kr
the leather is great, but not the saddle thick feel we had with the 2006 f350 kr

we went and tested a 5.0 kr
the leather in the 2015 kr..was noticeably heavier feeling, but was missing the heavy patch up at the top of the seat.
it did feel more supportive, as i imagine the massaging seat is the difference
supposedly its thicker and more of a heavier gauge but i cant confirm it

I've driven my 2015 King Ranch for over 4000 Mikes and the seats are much more scuff resistant than my 2007! Love it
