Default Taking it in

So I saw the TSB thread about the oil leak and I fired off a text to my salesman, I told him about it and his first question was when do you want to bring it in and do you need a loaner (ok, two questions).
I also mentioned the hard downshift from 5th to 4th, anything else I should have them check out? I am at a little over 6k miles,
I also noticed my gas mileage has dropped from 19.6 to 18.5, concern??

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Tsb's shouldn't be addressed unless you have a problem. It is an aid for techs..ie truck comes in leaking oil, tech see's bulletin and checks to see if that is the problem. It is meant as a starting point and way to save service time by pointing a tech to a common problem.

The transmission reflash isn't that great, if you don't have a harsh downshift i wouldn't let them touch it.

My truck started the oil leak at 600 miles, kinda like either the engine got the oil sensor tightened or it didn't. It isn't a defective part, its not fully tightened.

Winter gas? More windy in your area lately? A squirrel started storing nuts in your air filter? Been taking a different route to work? There's a lot that can factor into a 1 MPG decrease.

When did you notice the MPG difference?
