Took my truck in yesterday to get the bed sprayed with Rhino Lining. When I went back to get it, the tailgate was open. They said to leave it open for a few hours. I Left the tailgate open all night. Went to close it this morning, and the latches are closed on the tailgate and won't budge. I didn't notice this yesterday since I didn't try to close it.

Any suggestions on how to get the latches to open so I can close my tailgate?

probably your tailgate "bumpers" blocking it due to the liner under them. Give it a good shove. It'll loosen up with time.

 

Their is another thread problem with Linex or something like that. Linex sprayed all the latches and he had to scrape off. Actually Linex needs to fix their mistakes, if you bring it back hopefully they can repair without causing further issues.

Took it back to Rhino linings place. Some cable wasn't "clicked in" like it should've been. Fixed.
