My mistake, I didnt even catch that it was a 15. Yes it comes out with the actual step on the 15+. You can disregard my last comment. .
Looks like the part number for that piece is FL3Z-9943121-A. I would also assume its factory bed liner, only an assumption tho.

Factory liner has the Ford symbol in the front of the bed. Easiest way to tell

Nice little fact there that I didnt know, learn something everyday. Ive always had drop-ins in my trucks (which have the logo). Didnt know the box itself was un-branded.

Maybe the truck had the oem ford ramp set up. And the previous owner removed it before selling to install on his replacement truck.
