Had the same problem with mine on a 2016. Replaced the original screws with longer ones and that has helped. Will use the silicon idea if they get loose again.

the rubber bumpers are heled in wth a two piece push pin. The problem is the push pin is to small for the hole. Get a couple push pins with a larger diameter and problem solved. I would not use screws.

Where did you get those? My right one just started spinning and pops in and out very easily.

Would love to just snap them in and forget about them lol.
