Tailgate alignment?

You adjust the striker post with a torx wrench until the tailgate is flush with the body. If yours is flush and just hard to close, the rubber bumper is too thick so it's making it difficult to latch. I fixed this on mine by trimming rubber away where the tailgate contacts the bumper until the tailgate shuts nicely and the latch doesn't pop so loudly when opening.
