Default Tail light question

So, since my passenger rear tail light is ****ed up, from some douchebag at work, I need to get a new one. I got an Underswing tool bx for the passenger side and will be buying the tail gate dampener as well, since the light has to be removed to install both. Now I've been toying with upgrading the tail lights to LEDs, but I can't decide between the OEM Fords or aftermarkets. Mainly because I don't like the idea of having to wire a bunch of stuff (though it doesn't seem too hard). Anyway, I was browsing TASCA and there are two LED tail lights. One with and one without BLIS. Strangely enough, the one without is more expensive. Anyone know why there are two and what the difference is?

Notice the first 4 listings. 2 right and 2 left. Both LED, one with and one without BLIS for each side.
