Default Synchronized side view mirrors

Maybe my ocd is getting to me, but are your mirrors synchronized perfectly when they open and close? My one side lags a bit.

I hit my mirror against a fence post (just barely touched it) and when I went to check everything out, I noticed the one mirror lags a bit.

I have the big trailer tow mirrors and they don't open or close at the same speed. Never noticed what my regular mirrors did before they got replaced.

My drivers side one is slower. It also freezes up regularly in the winter and won't move. My '16 was the opposite. Pass was slower and would freeze.

I've had power folding mirrors on both F-150s and they both were pretty well synchronized.

Passenger side is way slower.

Mainly because I have to walk around to that side to fold it out.

But still, gets my OCD going for sure.

Same, slightly different. I use them every time I go in/out of my garage and sometimes at destinations...don't know if they've ever hit the end of their travel at exactly the same time lol and yes I notice

When I race our two garage doors against one another they are a more even match than my side mirrors are

From the WSM:
  1. Fold or retract both mirrors by hand.
  2. Using the power folding/power telescoping mirror switch, operate the mirrors until an audible click is heard.
  3. Operate the power folding or power telescoping mirrors an additional 3 to 4 times to synchronize the mirrors.
