It would be lovely to not have let my truck spend a couple unnecessary days at the dealership for an APIM

Even better not having to pay to replace it knowing there is nothing physically wrong with it. Frustrating to say the least!!!

Taggart posted the new update is out.

I installed it and seems to be working as it should.

I just installed it as well - Ran the interrogator afterward and got:

/fs/rwdata/" total="1.2G" available="440M"

So, it looks like it cleaned up a lot.

Mine is saying it's up to date. I ended up getting an USB and starting it that way. It's still downloading.

Edit: it's done. Took every bit of 30 minutes. 🤞

This has not affected my F150 yet but my 2020 Explorer radio is getting worse daily. It won’t hold any setting, keeps going to a blue screen, randomly picks it’s own channels, and you can’t turn the radio off. No, phone, navigation, or 911 assist when it goes blue screen. I can not update it, when I try the screen freezes and I have to pull the fuse. I am not sure how they want us to update it if it will not allow it. The dealer will cost 100 deductible to fix a issue Ford caused. Turning off auto updates on my F150 so they don’t send it a self destruct order.

That sounds like a hardware problem.
