Angry Sync3 issues (android auto and GPS)

I have a 2018 F150 with sync3. I wanted to try and use android auto, but under the settings the option for android auto is no longer there. I know it was there before. Also, now, my nav screen is showing a red crossed out GPS sign. Anyone seen this before. I will try to take pictures and post them there. I also noticed that now my vehicle wifi, not hotspot, will not connect to any networks. Let me know if you know of a solution before I take it to the dealer.

Update, the red crossed out GPS sign is gone. But the android auto option is gone.

another question, will doing a master reset under sync settings help clear up the issue?
