I just bought a 2016 F150. It has sync 3 volume 2.0 build 16074. I cannot get the software updates from the ford website or through a hotspot while in the truck. On the ford site it says update not available. In the truck it just scans. Sometimes it shows the last time I did a scan. I called ford and they are not helping they said bring it to the dealer. There has to be a way to get the software so i can put it on a usb and update it???? please help.
