I have a 2018 F-150 Lariat 4WD, and I’m thinking of using this Cyanlabs route. Everybody have pretty good luck with this?

 

I used the Cyanlabs updater on my ‘18 Lariat. Worked perfectly. Just be patient as it takes close to 30 minutes to install.

Just updated my truck to the latest version of 3.4 and the newest map. Easy-peazy using Cyanlabs.

 

The OP is inquiring about updating Sync Lite (4 inch display). Please keep discussions about Cyanlabs in the appropriate plate to avoid confusion. Cyanlabs only works on the 8 inch version of Sync.

I updated mine today and it worked out great.

Did the UK sync download and update and it installed fine.
Anyone know what version of sync is the last update the 2016 F150 can handle?

Reading what my current version is clear as mud.

I'm currently running Sync 3.4 and just updated my maps on my own. With that being said, the voice to navigation no longer works and I'm waiting on Ford for a fix. Might be better off going through the dealership or aftermarket.
