Don't feel bad I downloaded it then couldn't find it again.
Must be those Ruby Red Trucks. Mine is the same color

iTunes still seems to work fine. I don't think that you can get the patch until you have your truck and have a SYNC account. The download prompt disappeared after the download completed. Once you have the patch on a windows computer you can drag and drop your music from iTunes to the USB drive. Make sure the file format on the USB is FAT32. When you put the drive in the truck SYNC will index and set up voice commands for the files and its ready to go. SYNC would not allow me to play about half of my music until I installed the patch, even though I had purchased the music through the iTunes store.
The patch is available for MAC as well. I was able to run the same fix on my MAC this evening. Thanks for pointing out this fix Steve.
