Default Sync rebooted?

On my way back from Colorado on Sunday, I had my iPhone hooked up and was using Google Maps (would love to use the Ford Nav, but like the features of Apple Car Play)
Anyway, twice, randomly the screen goes blank for a minute the comes back up to the Ford logo and then comes back on. Radio never stopped playing but I had to start my navigation directions up again. Is this something I should be more concerned about or is it 'normal'?

Car play can be pretty buggy. Do you have the latest update.

yep. I just updated my phone to the newest iOS so maybe that fixed it. I'll keep an eye on it.

My 2016 did that 3-4 times in 2016 after I bought it new, and I think it did it once last year. No idea what happened, but it's been fine before and after those instances.

Try another cable, might be damaged.
