When my phone is paired to the truck, my phone's GPS voice stops working. I tried connecting my phone to the truck via the USB port and it still does not give me voice directions. I have to un-pair my phone then my phone will give me voice prompts for directions.

Am I doing something wrong?

you'd need to switch to bluetooth stereo in the sync audio source for the phone's sounds to be heard.

and you don't need to unpair, just turn off bluetooth in your phone settings if you want to keep listening to radio/cd/sirius.
