Sync connect???
I just bought a slightly used 2018 STX. I have the big Sync touch screen radio. How can I tell if the sync connect app will work with my truck?

There is no Sync Connect app. Sync Connect is the modem. You setup FordPass on your phone, add the vehicle, then the vehicle when powered on will provide a prompt to allow connection.
