That thread is a real mess to try to follow any of the various things being discussed.

I know I forget a lot of stuff but I know that I just logged into the forums this morning and I did not thank the post above. Not anything against the post and I could have thanked it in the past but not today. Am I losing it or the dates could be wrong or my account hacked or something to explain this? Please help.

Default Canadian provider?

Does anybody know which Canadian cell provider has the contact for Sync Connect? I've read that it's AT&T in the US. I ask because the app works great for me in the city, but at my place in the country it rarely works. I have good Bell/Telus cell coverage here but almost zero Rogers coverage so I'm assuming Rogers is the provider.

I guess I can't do anything about it... Just curious.

I believe it is Rogers.

Cell coverage will vary greatly for these features, something the sales people aren't very knowledgeable about.

Thanks. Figured. It's too bad the modem doesn't use my home wifi connection (or at least it doesn't seem to). I have the truck connected to check for Sync 3 updates.
