Default Sync 3 v3.0 Install Issue

I was recommended to post on this forum due to the overwhelming amount of people who are good with FORScan/Sync, etc... Anyways I have updated Sync 3 on both my mustang and fusion to version 3.0 with no issues. They both work great. However when I went to update it on my moms CMAX it updated but now voice commands won't work. From all my searching I've found people who had this issue when updating to 2.3 but nothing with 3.0. Seems to be that the install didn't complete correctly. Its a nav APIM and I upgraded from 1.0 to 3.0. I can always take it to the dealer and they can replace the APIM but thats just a pain to do so I'd rather not.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Any way to revert back to earlier versions of Sync 3? Had a 2016 and traded for a 2020. Icons are smaller and scroll features are inconvenient.

I'm needing the Acool fix for BGMap_ERR01 but can't PM (am guessing there is a waiting period or something?). Yes, I'm that guy that thought surely the update was done by now when it wasn't...

New to the forum and still figuring it out...

Just bought a 2016 with nav. Updated from 1.0 to 3.0 and lost voice command/andriod auto won't work. Sounds like I need v2.2 or 2.3 with nav to fix? Then back to 3.0?

I got lost looking through the thousands of posts on this issue and a lot of the links are no longer helpful.
