It's probably gonna be a total flop anyway. Ford needs to work on getting this truck right first.

.
The power tow mirrors are worth it!

Ford has clearly said they won't be doing that.

From what I have read, it won't support Apple CarPlay from the beginning--I think they said it may be possible in the future though. That may be the deal breaker for me.

I'm kind of anxious to see if the sync2's new compatibility with Siri makes sync2 better. If I can use voice while driving with Siri to enter a location for navigation destinations I'd be completely happy with sync2 for the whole time I own my truck.

Most likely it will be just a head unit swap. I upgraded from a stock radio in my old 2012 Ram to a factory Nav system. I just needed to run a new cable to the mirror on the windshield (for BT mic) and that's it. Radio was already programmed to use out of the box. OEMPartsCo is a great company.

I just got an email back from them saying we can get $200 for our current ones. That sounds pretty low to me, but I have no idea what a fair value is.

$200 is a smack in the face. We can sell ours on ebay for ALOT more!
