My question is...has anyone actually seen their Sync 3 update OTA?

I've been waiting for fixes for some of the issues I've been experiencing with AppLink (really looking forward to Carplay)...and as far as I can tell nothing has been released yet. My iPhone works like crap with our truck...it's always cutting out and saying device detected. Ford is worthless as far as trying to get any information about it. I'm bringing my truck in for a couple of things in a week and wanted to see if anyone has received updates or if there really hasn't been any released. I figure if I'm supposed to be receiving updates and I'm not, I'll add that to my list of things needing to be looked at.

The App Link sort of sucks. From what I gather, you need to have your phone app open and running in order for it to appear on the Sync 3 screen App Link page. And even then it doesn't seem to work as I expected it would.
CarPlay will be nice, hopefully.

 

Posted quite a few times. If you go to the Ford website and sign in, you can see whether you're current at any time.
