Sync 3 was stuck in 360 camera mode

Sync 3 was stuck in 360 camera mode
Something weird happened for the first time today when I got in my 2016 Lariat. When I started the truck the Sync 3 screen automatically went into 360 mode and all of the physical buttons were unresponsive (I couldn't change the station or even use voice controls). This continued even while driving. I even tried cutting the engine completely off at a Red Light but instead of showing the ford logo it just showed a blank blue screen.
The issue was finally fixed because I decided to go back home and disconnect the battery. Has anybody else experienced this?
