Some 2016-2018 Ford and Lincoln Vehicle equipped with SYNC 3 and connected to an iPhone using iOS 11.2.5 may exhibit a concern where USB Audio playback and AppLink applications will not function properly. Apple is aware of the issue and is working on a resolution. No repairs should be performed at this time. To checkthe iOS software level on an Apple iOS device, select Settings > General > About on the device. Monitor OASIS for updates.
