if the Apps are not set to run in the background they will not show up.

I’ve got the same issue with my ‘17 Lariat.. I was using CarPlay.. but I disabled it this morning and set it up for the apps and it walked me thru setting things up but only the FordPass app shows in the apps screen.. I forced it to update the available apps and they’ up to date but nothing shows..

perhaps, tomorrow I’ll delete the phone and start over and see what happens if nothing else.. I’ve still got about 1700 miles of driving to do and would love to see my Spotify, WhatsApp, Messages, Apple Music and others.. perhaps even Waze??
