Default Sync 2 MFT and Android navigation

I have the Sync MFT like in the 2015s. I use my Android phone for navigation typically. When I got the truck, the navigation instructions from the phone would play through Sync. Also, any social media or youtube would play through the truck speakers. Now, when using the phone navigation nothing plays through Sync or the phone. It's all silent.

I don't get the turn by turn guidance through the truck speakers like I used to. I haven't updated anything that I'm aware of. I have the most up to date software. The Sync voice is loud and clear when using the phone connection and I can make and receive calls.

I have turned up all volume control that I can find and I have unpaired my phone completely and re-paired it. Any ideas?

ThatNewWifeSmell,

When you have the navigation app streaming on the phone, are you pressing the voice command button on the steering wheel to say BLUETOOTH AUDIO? If so, are you getting any type of response from the voice command?
