You should have couple of files and a folder in the zip. When you extract it copy the files and folder With its contents to USB root. If you also move the contents of that other folder to the root if won't work.
Also what size is your sub and did you format it exFat?

It is 16GB. I didn't format anything. Literally just bought it and plugged it into my computer. The download from Ford has about 11 files.... maybe I need someone to give me step by step as I am clearly not getting it. I'll try and take screen shots tomorrow and show what I have.
