Might be able to use the raptor center caps: https://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-NEW-Wheel-Center-Cap-17-Black-Gray-15-18-Ford-F-150-SVT-Raptor-HL3Z1130A/202401890892?epid=1183736506&hash=item2f2017c24c:g :ZAAAAOSwYJlbcdHL:rk:4:pf:0
I put them on my 2017 XLT Sport:

Ah, that really sucks. Good to know though. I wonder if it has anything to do with the different model years.

3dcarstickers.com

Do a product search for Ford, they have a few, and will do different colors.

I had some made for my wheels I had on my Tacoma. They are thick, good adhesive quality, and very reasonable. You can email them and get pretty much whatever you want.
