The way I knew that one of my struts was leaking was from all the oil wetness on the lower control arm. The other side was dry. Both were replaced.

I just replaced the rear shocks in my 2016 F150 with 55k miles.
They were definitely gone. The truck felt like a Harley before this,
but after the change, it feels like a sportbike, one bounce and done,
not bouncing and bouncing, more stable ride. I installed the bilstein, easy change.
I have not replaced the front ones yet, but after driving it with the new rears,
I'm thinking that the fronts can wait for a bit longer.
