The support on this forum is overwhelming. Thank you guys so much for chiming in! I took Toddman34's advice and went on Ford's website and spec'd out a new truck with the 502a package. I most likely am going to take my sweet time and find one slightly used as to avoid paying over 50k. I have another newbie question, when I was building the truck, I didn't see an option for the FX4. But one of the trucks I found for sale locally has the 502a package and has the FX4 decal on the back. Does the FX4 package just add skid plates, or is there other suspension goodies it adds too? I believe one of the additional features the FX4 package is Hill Descent Control. Mine has it and my neighbors' non-FX4 Platinum does not. Simply amazing how well the truck can control itself going down a steep hill.

 

The hill decent control, and also "off road" tuned shocks. I'm not sure the shocks are of much value, but I have used the hill decent feature a few times.
