steering rack issue?
has anyone with a '15 experience any issues with the steering rack? I had a 2012 black supercrew lariat ecoboost 4x4 that was on its 3rd rack and it was bad and the intercooler condensation issue almost killed 4 of us merging onto route 80 interstate. how about the squeak in the rear slider? how about front pinion seal blow out? how about rear DS yoke lubrication? my truck had all these issues?

Keepin' the lights on!
I would like to know these answers as well before I dive in.
I had a 12 EB as well. Once it hit 45k, I started having a few issues as well. Mostly fuel dilution, start up rattle, and no dash power intermittently.
I didn't have time to mess with it so I dumped it. However, the 2015 has my attention. I also miss that low end pull the EB had before it hit 40k.

I was there for the first fix for the eco intercooler condensation issue where they put a half plastic cover over the intercooler and took 2 lbs. of boost off you in the tune. I was also there for the steering rack updated replacement racks of CL, DL . it was all a nightmare for a year fighting with dealership and ford. I am 56 and my first NEW ford f150 4x4 was june 19, 1979, yes my 21st b-day. I had lifts and we didn't have radial tires. we ran 15/38-15 ground hawgs and gumbo mudders. trucks were tough then. I bought $240,000 of new fords in my lifetime. not did I mention of the 2011 fx4 that had vibration issues I didn't want to deal with cause i was working 12 hour days for 6 months straight. that's where redcrew11 comes from. still have my 550 hp whipple 07 mustang. I have to get a hell of a deal to come back.
