I have a strange click from time to time kinda like you described. Just clicked 30K and it still happens but doesn't seem to effect anything. I also have a cluck from the bed. Not sure it that's the bed, suspension or brakes. This also doesn't seem to have effected anything but I wonder what causes it. Dealer said the didn't hear it.

I have no click or noise of any type.just other issues steering wheel likes to rotate to the left for no reason when driving down the road .pulling away no hands on wheel steering gos to 11 position for no reason have to straighten the wheel ,will not CENTER when going left ,will CENTER going right,had alignment 3 times and the new reprogramming done ,still the same ,just a ford patch to say they did something hoping your going to leave it and don't bother them,I don't think so.
