Is this the starter going?
Heard lots of weird *** noises from starters. Never heard this one before. I took it to the dealer for an oil change and they said it's the starter (but the flexplate/flywheel were a tiny bit dinged but just fine). Also, if it is the starter - what's a reputable brand to buy one from that's not motorcraft? I looked up a Motorcrafat one and it's like $530 so that's a big nope.
