Default Grinding from front driver side

I got this grinding coming from front driver side under slow speed. Mostly when brakes are applied but sometimes when they are not applied. All slow speed. It's not IWE as I've had those replaced in the past and this sounds different.

I jacked up the truck and played with the tire shaking it at 12 and 6 position and 9 and 3 and I didn't see any play that would indicate it's a bad hub or something. But I did notice what appears as uneven brake pad wear. I saw this on both the driver side and passenger side. Could this be my problem?

no it has been about 2 years I think. Only about 12k miles on them though. I don’t drive a whole lot.

last thing I messed with was getting the driver side hub replaced on the front. That was in april

Looks like bad brakes to me, seized caliper piston. Did you change pads only?

Assumed you cleaned and greased the caliper bolt surfaces so the calipers can slide freely to release.

I dont think your model has or had these but I'll throw this out there: does one of the pads have ears on it? If yes, it goes on the backside.

I'll have to check into that. I did see that in a video online. The Ford Dealership did the brakes and I hope they would have gotten it right but you never know. My truck is a 2016 3.5 Eco Boost so I think it still has the "ears"
