Default Start/stop not working?

Hello, I see that many people want to disable the start/stop function, it does not work for me and I want to enable it!!!

The battery is good, its voltage is 13.75 volts but start/stop does not work for me, I took a photo of the negative terminal, tell me is everything connected there or is something missing?

Why might this feature not work for me?

In your instrument cluster, when you scroll to the auto start stop section, what does it say?

If it’s not off for various reasons, a previous owner could have disabled with forscan or installed an auto start stop eliminator.

I'll look tomorrow and take a photo, but there is a checkmark for this function and if I remove it, it appears again.

Some disablers use the button. If you push the button it enables stop/start. Try it it may work like that.

There are various ways to disable it. Off the top of me head....
1. Unplug BMS connector at battery.
2. Unplug smallest connector on the trailer brake controller box (I think that's what its called) under the dash.
3. A/S/S disable device that can be installed behind the dash button.
4. iDatalink MRR also give ability to disable it.
5. Tuner can be used to disable it.
6. Jumper wire that some have installed behind the dash button.
7.......there's probably others.

Curious about the 13.75 volts!
Under what conditions was this measured?
Engine Off.
Engine running. If engine running, there is a problem. Should be over 14 volts.
Otherwise, there may be a Coded fault present as an B , C, P or U code. You can't tell unless they are looked for.
The Auto Stop Start is a very complex operation with many possible failure points that will inhibit the function.
Good luck.

Engine running won't be over 14v if the BMS thinks the batter is at peak charge. Over 14v reading would mean BMS wants max amperage going to the battery to charge one that is not up to par.

Let's continue), the connector is connected to the terminal.

The start/stop button works.

The battery is good.

The air conditioner is turned off.

But the start/stop function does not work))), another question so as not to open a new topic), what happens if you remove the checkmark (bird) from the top point in the photo(Avto Engin OFF)???
