Default Squeaking driving me nuts

I have a squeak coming from either one or both front end while sitting still. When I stand on the tires to wash the windshield it squeaks constantly. I have a rough country six inch lift. I am hoping it is something easy like bushings need grease or something like that. Anybody have ideas?

The larger issue may be having 2 front ends!

If standing on the tire(s) causes a squeak, I'd try a ladder.

Sorry, I'm no help on this one.

Is it while parked on wet cement? Could be something as simple as the tires squeaking on the cement like the smooth stuff in wand-wash car washes... When you turn the steering wheel does it squeak?

It is when it is in the garage and I push on the tire or truck when I take the wax off the truck it does it so it's not on wet pavement. I will have to try to see if it squeaks when turning the wheel.
