What you are really getting when you buy a Luxury car is the service that comes with it.

Buy a Lexus EX300(I think thats the model), which is practically the same car as a Camry with more bells and whistles. You pay a lot more for it, but you get the service accustomed a high end vehicle. Lincoln needs to learn a thing or two from them, their customer base is dyeing off, literally, as Lincoln has been deemed an old persons car. They are marketing it to a younger crowd, but unless they do something about owner experience, they wont do well.

Had a Toyota FJ Cruiser for a few years. Toyota customer service in the service dept was better than any American brand. it was a 32K FJ, and I always got a loaner and it was always washed before I got it back.

Sad that is is a pain to get treated right with a 70K stingray or a 66K F-150. When Chevy does give me a loaner its a POS cobalt. When Range Rover gives me a loaner, which is every service, its the next model up from what we have. Ford has given me an XL truck for a loaner

Yes on the loaner for all Lincoln, but the pick up and deliver is only for the Black label cars and suv's. You pay a lot extra for that.

Lincoln does that for any 2017 and newer cars now, no longer need black label.

My dealer is Ford/Lincoln. They do this, free pickup and delivery, even for an oil change, which is also free. It doesn't matter if is a Town car, Platinum, or Fiesta.
