Default Speed vs MPG

2017 3.5L 4x4 XLT

This data is from my Automatic Pro device. On Friday I made a 600 mile round trip via highway. The rest of the days are city driving.

i'm sure i could get a lot better mpg out of my truck if i didn't do 80 on the highway, but this coyote loves to howl.

City driving is more about stop and go than lower speeds, which really hurt mileage. Constant driving gets the best mileage between 40-50 MPH, even 55 is still great. 65+ takes a hard dive.
