Is there a speed limiter on the '19 F150? If so, what's it set at and can it be eliminated?

 

yes its 106 mph .. you have to get a tuner to remove it

I have a 2016 f150 3.5 eco and used the SCT X4 and did not remove my speed limiter. What did I do wrong?

 

When you are loading your tune, it will present the option to change/remove the speed limiter, along with a few other options it asks you. I can't remember the exact sequence, but it does ask.

 

My truck wouldnt go any faster than 102. It went screaming right up to that and the limiter kicked right in.

 

My 18 5.0 topped out at 116 before the lift and tires. After the lift and tires it tops out at 104,

 

Hmmm if I go over 70, my speed limiter wife sitting next to me says slow down. That ends that!!🙄🙄

 

over the years i've condition my wife on speed .. little by little her impression of what's fast in the truck has decreased .. recently waze made and alert and i slowed down.. and came up on a state trooper .. my wife said wait you were speeding.. i said yes i was doing 85

 

my wife's ex bf had a straight piped fox body and drove like a maniac .. so i guess that is to my advantage
