Who has replaced the dash speaker and did you feel / hear a difference ? Also what replacement speaker did you use ?

 

I don't have the sony stereo in my truck, but I do have the kicker sub/door speaker amplifier upgrade. I replaced all 6 speakers in my truck with Infinity Reference units and I think it brought the audio system in my truck to life. Compared to the stock XLT audio, I fell like I'm driving around in a mobile studio.


I mostly listen to rock, so I like crisp highs, clear mids for vocals and good clean bass for the drums/bass guitar.

 

Can u share a link or post some pics of the speakers/or boxes the speakers came in with the model #? Would love for this to be my next small project on my truck.
