Some power comparisons
Here's something interesting I've done while being bored at home.
I knew my truck felt faster than what I have read other places. I compared it's power output to a 2019 Limited F150 with the H.O. 3.5L Ecoboost that puts out 450 Hp and 510 lbs of torque with 93 octane. I compared also with a 2017 Fusion Sport AWD with a 2.7L Ecoboost with 325 Hp and 380 lbs of torque with 93 octane. Both the Fusion Sport and F150 LImited have similar power to weight ratios and not surprisingly the same 0 - 60 mph of 5.1 seconds and 1/4 mile of 13.7 seconds from Car and Driver.
I have a XLT in the signature, it's weight is 5169 lbs, 7000 lbs GVWR - 1831 lbs payload. Looking at 5 star tuning dynos for stock tuned 87 octane and stock tuned 93 octane differences comes out so that the F150 3.5L Ecoboost has roughly 400 Hp and 480 lbs of torque with 93 octane. It matches the Expedition's Platinums 93 octane rating also.
Found from a member his 2018 Limited had a 6750 lbs GVWR and a 1088 payload for a 5662 lbs truck weight
Car and Driver said the Fusion Sport AWD was 4050 lbs. Pretty heavy but it's completely loaded plus has AWD. Our 2017 Fusion 2.0L Ecoboost with Sunroof, Tech package, and appearance pack. is ~3800 lbs.
Horsepower power to weight ratio with the Limited F150 for Horsepower is 12.58 , the torque ratio is 11.10
Horsepower power to weight ratio with the Fusion Sport AWD for Horsepower is 12.46 , the torque ratio is 10.66
Horsepower power to weight ratio with the 93 octane F150 for Horsepower is 12.92 , the torque ratio is 10.77
Using the weight of the F150 LImited's 5662 lbs, for the 93 octane F150 power to weight ratio, would be 438 Horsepower and 526 lbs of torque
Using the weight of the F150 LImited's 5662 lbs, for the Fusion Sport AWD power to weight ratio, would be 454 Horsepower and 531 lbs of torque
Of course the F150 Limited has 450 Horsepower and 510 lbs of torque
I'd say the F150 with 93 octane has a deficiency of 12 Horsepower compared to the F150 Limited and 16 lbs of torque more.
Comparing to the F150 Limited 0-60 mph, 5.1 seconds and the 1/4 mile time of 13.7 seconds, that my XLT F150 on 93 octane would be about .1 second slower coming in about 5.2 seconds from 0 - 60 seconds and 13.8 seconds in the 1/4 mile "IF" Car and Driver were to test it.
I will say that Car and Drivers 1/4 mile times seem to be better than most time slips from F150 owners. They might do a best of 3 or so runs. But using that, I'd say us 3.5L Ecoboost XLT Crew Cab 5.5' bed, 4WD truck owners have a pretty quick truck.
I don't race, it's my daily driver so I treat it as such. But always nice to know that these XLT trucks are some of the quickest.
Can't image what could be done with a Regular Cab 4WD drive truck, with the 3.5L Ecoboost, a stock tune, 93 octane, some wide wheels and slicks.
While I don't have the handling in the truck, nice to have the straight line power to pass someone when needed.

My only time to drive now will be to the grocery store and work (Essential Job).
Why? The stay-at-home orders don't preclude driving and don't allow the cops to stop you and demand your papers. Taking a drive in your truck doesn't expose you nor anyone else to the virus. Get out and enjoy what time you can. Glove up if you get gas, sanitize after.
Please put that in your sig.
The authority to restrict travel was granted when your governor declared a state of emergency, so, yeah, once a shelter in place order is given, both the police and national guardsmen have the right to stop/detain/arrest. Whether or not aimless driving about will be impacted is determined by the orders executed by the governor's office, and the local police/nat'l guard interpretation of those orders.
This isn't a shooting from this hip kind of action, although some governors appear to be doing this with their state. Industry/services authorized to travel during this outbreak was set by the Office of Homeland Security. Each industry/institution/service authorized for travel has been instructed to generate letters for their employees to carry with them during transit.
We are being encouraged to go outside while practicing social distancing. This is perfectly fine, but keep in mind, the further you travel from your home, the greater the percentage of the population you can come into contact with. Point modeling shows us that points that have no motion are contacted at lower rate than those in motion. The further you go, the greater your chance of both becoming infected and infecting others.

Your truck is very very similar to mine with the same truck cab, bed, drivetrain, powertrain, and color. Yours being a STX and mine being a XLT Sport.
Car and Driver did a review on a King Ranch similar to our trucks but much heavier (5474#s). It ran 5.7 seconds 0 - 60 and 14.4 seconds in the quarter on 87 octane. Going by that, I'd think your truck should be much quicker but as I said, C&D runs seem better than owners slips many times. Cooler temps, lower eleavations?
Thanks for the info.

I can't tell you how much I love the "get up and go" of my 2019 XLT with 3.5EB. Prior to buying my truck I had a freaking Equinox with a 4 cylinder that I think had about 140HP. Power to weight ratio was probably about 1 to a billion, and not in the good way. That Equinox couldn't get out of its own way. I used to get so pi$$ed when someone was riding my behind and I pretty much had to just pull over and let them by because there was no way I was going to tromp the gas and smoke 'em. The other day I was getting on the toll road near my house. There was a guy behind me in some little sports car. As we got to the toll booth I had an EZ Pass so I went through at 5mph while he had to stop and get a ticket in the next lane over. As I was getting onto the main road after the toll booth he came flying up behind me, right on my butt and I knew he was just waiting for the road to open up to the double lanes so he could try to whip around me. I just took my sweet time making him stay behind me. But once the road opened up I freaking nailed it and pulled away from him like he was a 90 year old out for a Sunday drive. Damn that felt so good. After about a half mile I let off and he finally went flying by me. But not without me .laughing as he went by. It's been a long time since I had that feeling in a vehicle and it felt so good.
