Fordpass has been a goat-rope from the beginning. A message says they are doing maintenance today up to 1:30 PM (Sunday) and it probably won't change anything anyhow. And mine has been 'updating' the 10-minute software update for two days...............
If its been on that for two days it likely f'd itself. I believe this is a known issue and the dealer either has to go through a programming process or replace the modem. AT YOUR OWN RISK you could disconnect the battery and give it a minute and reconnect to see if it corrects it but if it still attempting the update, doing that will surely f it.

FWIW - I went out to my truck, started and unlocked it with the key fob, shut the truck off and locked it with the key fob. Logged out and back in to Ford Pass and the updating message is gone and lock, unlock and remote start are enabled in Ford Pass.

Todd,
I took a drive alone to get out of the house and some fresh air a few hours ago. I just checked Fordpass again and it's back to 100% functional! .
Ninety degrees? You gotta be in Arizona or the Mohave!
