They simply have not passed the requirements for ford to sell them.

Many have been built but issues arose.

Appears a ton of warranty issue's on all trim levels . .

After hearing all the potential issues I will not be taking either of the trucks ordered when they show up whenever that is.

I have moved on to a different truck.

Glad I did not buy yet another lemon from fomoco.

RCSB are on the lots available to buy right now.

Salesmen are notoriuos for making up stories. The real truth is probably Ford makes a lot more money on loaded Screw trucks than stripped RSCB. So they sell the money makers first.

For every 1 person that complains on the internet there are 100 that bought a truck and have no problems at all.

Show me a single RCSB that is currently on the lot . .

Surely none in arizona. VIN's yes, plenty of them built and being built but none on lots.

There are only 7 showing on order for my entire region. (with VINS) Not a single one has left the plant.

No 2.7's I did find a couple 3.5's in NC

Even the worlds largest ford dealer has not gotten any yet.

The Ford dealer a couple towns away from me has one on the lot. Mine will be the first one to arrive at my dealer soon. I think some of the other area dealers are getting them in the next few weeks.

If you look on cars.com there are several pages of regular cab 15s in stock with pictures of them on the lot.

Doing what you just said I see a few 5.0 r/c trucks such as this one:
http://m.cars.com/vehicledetail/#!vdp?listingId=636159875&year=2015&stkTyp=N&searc hId=2182243800000000000000001431175332501&userId=2 192772400000000000000001431174600111&mkNm=Ford&mdN m=F150&zc=08723&partyId=undefined

Does this bust the July timeline?

There are a few on the lots. None in my area either. Certainly no selection of RCSB's, the few dealers that have them may have 1 or 2. And no 5 liters anywhere........

That looks like a long bed. Those are available now. It's the RCSB 5.0 that is July availability.

Am I not understanding this correcty?

"Reg. Cab (FIC/F1E) with 8' box, 3.5LGTDI/5.0L/(99G/99F) and 2.7L (99P) WITH 2.7L Payload Pkg (622) – not available until 07/06/15"

It says July for both boxes right?

I'm trying to be optimistic here : )

I think that one is without payload package and those are available. Or I could be wrong, or we both could be wrong.
