Default Side impact question

Just picked up this F150 at Thanksgiving, now had this happen last week. Already been told by adjuster that he's thinking high teens for repair. Not a bent frame I hope. Thoughts?

Man that sucks! Hope that frame is not bent. What type of vehicle hit you?

A 2012 Chevy Cruze hydroplaned and went from left to right then back in to oncoming traffic. She hit a red Tacoma and pushed him in to me.

Now I'm just worried that my first Ford will be totaled, which I really hope it's not. I've been a Silverado man my entire adult life and this is my first F150 and man do I love that truck.

Sorry to see that happened....but with that much damage personally I would pray it's totaled. It will never be the same even if fixed IMO.

i highly doubt its totaled, it could be. But if a good body shop fixes it, you won't ever be able to tell it was wrecked

Was your truck new Keith? That could be a clincher for a 'total.' Can you look underneath at the frame?

It was a new truck. Insurance keeps saying due to the high value they don't think it'll be totaled but they're not 100%.

I didn't look underneath the frame and now it's in the Ford bodyshop.
